Zanzibar whip coral shrimp
A Zanzibar whip coral shrimp on its whip coral. By day, it looks quite different. But at night, the white pigments retract in the chromatophores at dusk and disperse at dawn, resulting in changes in chromatic livery and in the general appearance of shrimp. At night, they are often more transparent and the day more colorful.
